Our Story
Phil and Michelle Trujillo have been personal trainers and yoga instructors for over 15 years.
In 2020, they faced uncertainty in their careers as the gyms they each worked for closed due to the pandemic. In an attempt to boost moral and create positivity in a time of confusion, they teamed up and pivoted to online , donation-based classes.
Inspired by the experience, and the community they created, they decided to establish their own program for wellness known as the VTLTY method .
As businesses began to re-open, Phil and Michelle rented a location and transformed it into a boutique community fitness center for health and wellness . They Combined their expertise and experience to offer a blend of fitness and mindfulness practices to all ages and fitness levels.
Michelle and Phil’s vision not only adapted to challenging times, but also fostered a supportive environment where people could thrive together, strengthening body, mind, and spirit.

Certified personal trainer, balance and movement specialist, 500 hour yoga teacher, and youth athletic instructor. Dedicated to his craft, Phil is an embodiment of inspiration and strength, on a mission to optimize well-being for every client. Committed to holistic health, guiding individuals toward becoming their best selves through fitness and wellness.
Michelle Trujillo
Certified Personal Trainer, prenatal/ postpartum fitness instructor , 500 hour trained yoga teacher, certified postpartum doula, and certified sound bath practitioner.
Michelle’s birth of her first baby in 2022 and postpartum journey inspired her to combine her love for fitness, and passion for motherhood, with her desire to help others thrive through holistic health modalities. She currently hosts sound bath sessions and private events, and enjoys focusing her fitness expertise towards working with other mothers along their transformative and healing journey’s.

ACE certified Personal Fitness Trainer with an Associates degree in Kinesiology and currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness.
Alex’s enjoyment of fitness became a true passion after his high school coach introduced him to the work ethic and strengths within each of us and taught him the true meaning of resilience .
Since then, he has been dedicated to learning a variety of avenues of fitness and different philosophies that help grow his knowledge to create fun , innovative, and effective regimes that’ll greatly benefit any client’s path in health and fitness.
