Certified personal trainer, prenatal/ postpartum fitness instructor, 500 hour trained yoga teacher, and certified postpartum doula. Michelle’s birth of her first baby in 2022 and postpartum journey inspired her to combine her love of fitness with her passion for motherhood. She teaches yoga and fitness with an emphasis on prenatal health and postpartum wellness to inspire her clients to be the most VYTL Mamas they can be.

Jesse is very passionate about health and fitness, and his main goals are for his client’s to understand, enjoy, and incorporate fitness into their daily lifestyle, all while having fun and smiling.
